3 Keys to Solving Dark Circles and Baggy Eyes

Do you have baggy, puffy eyes with dark circles under them? I'm going to give you 3 simple keys or ways to reduce or even get rid of those dark circles and puffy eyes. Consider these 3 step seriously.

1. How Much Sleep Are You Getting?

Its very possible that lack of sleep is your biggest problem. That's because most people today are so busy that they sacrifice the rest the body needs. Your age can also contribute to the problem and I'll cover that in a minute. So if your eyes look like smudge pots with puffy bags, help is here.

2. Maybe You Don't Drink Enough - WATER

Baggy eyes often result from the build up of fluid under them. This excess bag of fluid can be reduced dramatically if you drink plenty of purified water every day. Make sure it is not just tap water because it often contains contaminants that will add to your problem. Tap water can have toxins that end up in your body sometimes as bags.
